Jason A. Talley
Driven, hard-working, and personable are just a few words to describe Jason. Growing up in Franklin, he went on to obtain an honors degree in Finance from the University of Tennessee and a law degree from the Nashville School of Law. After serving in the financial industry for several years, Jason decided to apply his knowledge of the law and finance with his passion for helping others. Serving clients exclusively in divorce, post divorce, and child custody issues, his innate ability to comfort others with a big smile while offering sound advice enables him to help individuals when they need it most.
Jason currently resides in Nashville with his beautiful wife, son and dog, while staying actively involved in both the Franklin and Nashville communities. With an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for real estate and historic preservation, he is proud to say he is one of the founding board members of the Next Generation of the Heritage Foundation that continues to play an active role in helping preserve the beautiful City of Franklin.
In 2018 Jason received the highest possible Peer Review Rating in legal ability and ethical standards as AV® Preeminent TM rated by Martindale-Hubbell ®, earned through a strenuous, anonymous peer and judicial review procedure. Approximately only 10% of all attorneys hold this rating.
Jason also received in 2017 and 2018 the Silver Client Champion Award which is a recognition that demonstrates an attorney’s commitment to client service based on the quantity and quality of their scores on Martindale-Hubbell client reviews. Fewer than 1% of all attorneys qualified to receive a Client Champion award.
